You can “optimize” yourself into infinity and still feel like shit. Ask me how I know. You can do everything “right” and still feel off. I did. I’ve spent years — and more money than I’d like to admit — trying every health, wellness, mindset and beauty fix on the market because something just felt off. But when marathon training collided with an MTHFR diagnosis and a season of emotional distress, the message finally landed: my body (and life) wasn’t — and had never been — failing me. I was just living without the full picture, living by someone else’s story, and in anxious, performance-based time where progress is measured by output and proof.
When I shifted fully into acceptance of allll parts of my story and honored this moment in time, everything changed. When I stepped into what I now call the Paradox Body — data and intuition, discipline and play, structure and surrender — everything recalibrated. I stopped fighting my body and started collaborating with it. My curiosity, lab data, human support, supplements & peptides, lifestyle change, beliefs, and AI tools synergized. I used my bio-individual information and experience and nudges to guide my journey. I stopped trying to push and struggle to earn my solution. I stopped seeing the regressions as backslides and realized it was all an upward spiral.
Inflammation dropped. Mental looping halted. Ideas poured through. The changes spanned both physical and energetic. The light came back behind my eyes. The spice and spark returned. I finally understood: time isn’t an enemy when you stop rushing and start listening. And when that’s true, your highest expression has a chance to thrive.

Working out 5-6x/week, fasting, eating incredibly (rigidly) healthfully. Severely emotionally repressed, insecure, distrusting of self/life/time. Constant urgency. Numbing. Isolating.
Now / After: 2022, 2024, 2025
Constant experimentation, growing self-trust, nervous system work, acupuncture, therapy, travel, honesty, open-mind, open-heart. Intentionally taking risks, being visible & available. Expression. Pivots. Redefined relationship and reconnected to my sense of the divine.
