75 DAY Challenge for the Future Self
Because rewiring your entire life starts with one decision.
We love a good turning point, don’t we?
Cool. So make one.
I’ve realized the only way I ever make real, sustainable change is when I feel supported in the now and excited about what’s ahead. I have to feel better now to move toward a life that feels even better later.
I’m keeping it simple. Repeatable. Grounded in my real life.
The last two times I’ve done this, I’ve committed to the following, for your inspo, and I’ve experienced significant shifts, such as (moving into reallllly dreamy new apartment, changing my body composition, selling my business, finishing publishing a book, increase in aligned clients, social life improvements, improved sense of self, decrease in anxiety):
• Unfilter: 3 pages of journaling (morning pages-style)
• Nervous System: EFT tapping
• Be Hot: 10K steps AND posture exercises (cartwheels optional though highly suggested)
• Inspiration: Do ONE thing that made my soul feel fluttery or NOTICE one thing that filled me with the breath of God (that’s what inspire means, y’all). A screenshot, a moment on a walk, conversation.
• Make Art: Write one poem
• Gratitude: a few minutes, anytime, but definitely before bed as falling asleep. Ok this wasn’t on there, but it should be.
• Income Generating Activity: Even on days I wasn’t actively working, was I talking about my work? Sharing about my book? My future?
This list wasn’t randomly chosen. Every one of these habits has science—and personal proof—behind it.
The Stats
• It takes about 66 days on average to form a new habit (according to a 2009 study in the European Journal of Social Psychology). So 75 gives us a little breathing room for the real rewiring to stick.
• Tapping (EFT) has been shown to significantly reduce cortisol levels (up to 43% in one study), regulate the nervous system, and support emotional resilience.
• Walking 10K steps a day reduces anxiety, supports cardiovascular health, and boosts creativity (yes, even when you’re just walking laps around your kitchen).
• Daily gratitude improves long-term well-being and life satisfaction. Not after years—after weeks.
• Creative expression connects you to your aliveness. This isn’t just about art. It’s about vitality.
• Journaling helps you recognize patterns, see your stories clearly, and rewrite them. It’s therapy, clarity, and future-you activation in one.

Why Now?
Because it’s not about waiting for the right time. It’s about choosing to move — whenever you decide the time is right.
In 75 days, you could be living in a new identity.
One where you trust yourself.
…where you feel the shift in your system.
…where your days aren’t run by distraction, fatigue, or avoidance.
…where momentum isn’t some enigmatic thing but something you’ve created.
This Is for You If…
• You’ve been meaning to “get back on track” but don’t know where to start
• You are craving structure that feels good
• You’re tired of talking about change and are ready to become it
• There’s curiosity about who you could become if you showed up for yourself — consistently. And like, ACTUALLY.
This isn’t just self-improvement, it’s kinda just re-aligning to a more true version of you that’s currently hiding under what is likely, a bunch of shit. Shit as in, inherited, ancestral, traumatic, or just like the product of being a hUmAn. We’re so done with guilt or shame, just take it both more or less seriously and GO.
Who could you be when you’re not numbed out, tuned out, or spiraling?
Who are you when your nervous system is regulated and your creativity is flowing?
Who you are when you stop waiting to feel ready and just begin?
They sound HOT to me.
Let’s not wait for later — let’s make it feel better — one now at a time.
